Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices on furniture. Good after sales service. A great local department store.
Went to the cafe. The staff were good, but the serving counters made no sense, and so the cafe got less money out of me as I had no idea what was available.
Staff are doing their best but at 10.00 am this morning there were empty shelves and items out of stock.
This is my first port of call when visiting Whitehaven. Selection of everything, and a good quality range of products in each department. A real surprise if visiting for the 1st time. You will not be disappointed. Oh and a great Cafe too.
Sampled the cafe on 3rd floor lift available good home made pies etc sandwiches fish and chips & selection of drinks
