Attended her for an emergency appointment, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Listened to what my problems where and treated them as required. Very professional.

I want to give 0 stars out of 5 as it doesn't deserve 1 star but the minimum you can give is 1 star. This place is a nightmare. I should have checked the reviews online before setting foot inside the door. They don't have British dentists which is a major problem. Good luck trying to explain what's wrong and them understanding you. They get all your details wrong. Got my name wrong, got my address wrong. Useless. Charged 121 to be told my gums are in a bad way. No one needed to tell me that, I know that's why I went!! I truly despair! The other place I went to in Egremont is just as bad as I've been waiting almost 5 years (yes years!) to be referred to the hospital for an x-ray. Still no appointment. Luckily the problem sorted itself out, but what if it hadn't? I'd still be waiting! This country has had it. Thank God I'm leaving!
Always cancelling appointments and rescheduling them . Average waiting time to see a dentist is more than 6 months. Then if you don't see a dentist for 2 years , your registration will automatically be cancelled. Do avoid these guys at all costs.
Nice dentist, but shocking at appointment availability. Next available appointment to replace a broken filling is 6 months away... Not helped by the rude and unhelpful reception staff. Sadly, lack of other available dentists in the town limits my options to take my gums elsewhere
