lovely people, got my car fixed quickly
Partner car been in for 6days & still has not been seen to see whats wrong with it. Customer Service is shocking, had to ring them on Friday & they said ring back later on & we will see what the diagnosis is. Rang Friday at 17:00 its first on the priority list for tomorrow. Rang Sat afternoon..no answer...Rang Monday... sorry it will be looked at today.. waiting for phone call and nothing. Tuesday & phone line engaged. Never once have they called us.
Supposed AA contracted garage but leaves you stranded in a strange town at 1am instead of relaying you home, which is the service i pay for
